Sea Ranch is located in northernmost Sonoma County. It is approximately 110 miles north of San Francisco along highway 1. Sea Ranch borders Gualala CA which is located in neighboring Mendocino County. The Gualala River marks the dividing line between Sonoma and Mendocino Counties.

The Sea Ranch is a planned community lying on a rugged 10 mile stretch of coastline in Sonoma County. This mesmerizing and intimate location with the Pacific Ocean provides terrific coastal access up and down the community. Within the Sea Ranch corridors there are 5 coastal access points to the public with numerous other beaches and and coves reserved for residents. Sea ranch has terrific amenities with 3 nicely appointed recreation centers, 40 plus miles of hiking trails, an equestrian facility, picnic area, dog run, airport, and iconic buildings dotting highway 1. The Sea Ranch Golf Links is an 18 hole championship golf course open to the public. The Sea Ranch Lodge is currently being renovated and has long been a great gathering place for the community.
