Where is Gualala California Located?
Gualala is the southernmost coastal town in Mendocino County 115 miles North of San Francisco. The Gualala River marks the dividing line between Mendocino and Sonoma Counties. Just south of the town of Gualala lies the community of Sea Ranch.

Downtown Gualala is home to art galleries, shops, & restaurants. The Gualala River estuary provides great swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and angling. For golfers the nearby Sea Ranch Golf Links is an 18 hole championship links course which challenges players of all skill levels. The signature Par 3 8th hole sits right along the ocean bluffs. The Gualala Arts Center has monthly events ranging from Car Shows, Art Exhibits, Theatre, and Community Gatherings. In the summer months there is a farmers market most weekends featuring local artists, craftsman, and gardeners peddling their goods along the highway 1 corridor. For beach combers there are multiple access points to access the Pacific at Gualala Point Regional Park, Cook’s Beach, and Anchor Bay Beach.
